NOWN을 이용하기 전에 본 약관을 확인해 주세요. 본 약관은 NOWN 앱과 관련 웹 페이지에서 제공되는 서비스 이용에 적용됩니다.

1. 서비스 목적과 범위

NOWN은 이용자가 현재 시점의 사진, 위치 정보, 장소 상태, 짧은 의견, 댓글 등을 공유하고 주변 장소의 실시간 정보를 확인할 수 있도록 돕는 위치 기반 서비스입니다.

NOWN은 NOW 피드, 지도, 검색, 게시물 작성, 댓글, 답글, 반응, 알림, 신고와 차단, MY 기록, 이벤트, Q&A, 번역, 프리미엄, 광고 및 광고 제거 상품 등 앱에서 실제 제공되는 기능 범위 안에서 운영됩니다.

서비스 기능, 화면 구성, 게시물 노출 기준, 유효기간, 알림 방식은 운영상 필요, 법령, 보안, 외부 서비스 변경에 따라 조정될 수 있습니다.

2. 회원 및 게스트 이용

  • 이용자는 Google 로그인, Firebase Authentication 기반 로그인 또는 앱이 제공하는 게스트 이용 방식으로 서비스를 사용할 수 있습니다.
  • 일부 기능은 로그인 상태, 권한 허용 여부, 구매 상태, 운영 정책에 따라 제한될 수 있습니다.
  • 이용자는 자신의 계정과 인증 수단을 안전하게 관리해야 하며, 이를 제3자에게 양도하거나 부정하게 사용해서는 안 됩니다.
  • 관계 법령, 본 약관 또는 운영 정책을 위반하는 경우 게시, 댓글, 알림, 계정 접근 등 일부 기능 이용이 제한될 수 있습니다.

3. 사용자 콘텐츠와 책임

이용자가 업로드한 사진, 게시물, 댓글, 답글, 장소 정보, 위치 좌표, 짧은 의견 및 기타 콘텐츠에 대한 권리와 책임은 원칙적으로 이용자에게 있습니다.

이용자는 다음 정보를 게시하지 않아야 합니다.

  • 타인의 초상권, 저작권, 개인정보, 명예, 사생활을 침해하는 내용
  • 개인 주소, 타인의 얼굴, 차량번호, 연락처, 민감한 위치 등 사생활 침해 우려가 있는 정보
  • 허위 정보, 조작된 위치, 오해를 유발하는 정보
  • 욕설, 혐오, 차별, 음란, 폭력, 불법행위 관련 내용
  • 광고, 스팸, 반복 게시, 서비스 운영 방해
  • 자동화 수단을 통한 비정상 이용

위반 콘텐츠 또는 행위는 숨김, 삭제, 기능 제한, 계정 제한의 대상이 될 수 있습니다.

4. 콘텐츠 이용허락

이용자가 업로드한 콘텐츠의 저작권 등 권리는 이용자에게 있습니다.

이용자는 서비스 제공, 운영, 표시, 전송, 지도 표시, 검색, 알림, 공유, 보관, 품질 개선, 신고 대응 및 분쟁 대응에 필요한 범위에서 NOWN이 해당 콘텐츠를 이용할 수 있도록 허락합니다. 이 허락은 서비스 운영에 필요한 범위로 한정되며, 콘텐츠 권리 자체가 NOWN으로 이전되는 것은 아닙니다.

5. 게시물 만료, 숨김, 삭제 및 보관

  • NOWN 게시물은 기본 유지시간이 있으며, 일정 시간이 지나면 일반 피드나 지도에서 비노출될 수 있습니다.
  • 댓글, 반응, 조회 등 서비스 운영 기준에 따라 게시물의 유지시간이나 노출 방식이 조정될 수 있습니다.
  • 만료된 게시물은 지난 NOWN, MY 기록, 장소 상세 등 서비스가 제공하는 범위에서 확인될 수 있습니다.
  • 유효기간이 종료된 게시물은 원본 이미지가 삭제되고 축소된 썸네일 또는 필요한 메타데이터만 보관될 수 있습니다.
  • 신고, 차단, 법령 위반, 운영 정책 위반, 권리 침해 우려가 있는 게시물은 사전 통지 없이 숨김, 삭제, 제한될 수 있습니다.

6. 신고, 차단 및 계정 제한

이용자는 부적절한 게시물, 댓글 또는 이용자를 신고하거나 차단할 수 있습니다. NOWN은 신고 내용, 이용 기록, 정책 위반 여부를 검토하여 게시물 숨김, 삭제, 기능 제한, 계정 제한 등의 조치를 할 수 있습니다.

신고 또는 차단 처리 결과는 서비스 안정성과 개인정보 보호를 위해 상세하게 공개되지 않을 수 있습니다.

7. 위치 기반 기능

NOWN은 게시물 작성, 지도 표시, 주변 NOWN 확인, 장소 상세, 주변 NOWN 스마트 알림 등 위치 기반 기능을 제공합니다.

위치 정보와 좌표는 이용자의 권한 허용 및 기능 사용 범위 안에서 사용됩니다. GPS, 네트워크, 지도 또는 장소 정보에는 오차가 있을 수 있으며, 이용자는 현장 상황과 공식 안내를 함께 확인해야 합니다.

8. 주변 NOWN 스마트 알림

주변 NOWN 스마트 알림은 기본값이 OFF이며, 이용자가 직접 켠 경우에만 동작합니다.

이 기능은 주변의 최신 NOWN을 안내하거나, 최신 정보가 없는 장소에서 POST 제안을 제공할 수 있습니다. 앱을 사용하지 않거나 닫은 상태에서도 위치 권한이 필요할 수 있으며, Android 기기 기반 geofencing과 로컬 알림을 사용할 수 있습니다.

주변 NOWN 스마트 알림은 연속적인 이동 경로를 서버에 저장하기 위한 기능이 아닙니다. 이용자는 앱 설정 또는 기기 설정에서 언제든 기능과 권한을 해제할 수 있으며, 기능을 끄거나 권한을 거부해도 일반 NOWN 기능은 이용할 수 있습니다.

9. 정보의 정확성 한계

이용자 게시물, 댓글, 장소 상태, 공공데이터, 지도 및 위치 정보는 실제 현장 상황과 다를 수 있습니다. NOWN은 이용자 제공 정보와 외부 또는 공공 데이터의 정확성, 완전성, 최신성을 보장하지 않습니다.

10. 광고, 프리미엄, 광고 제거, 구매 복원 및 환불

서비스에는 Google AdMob 등 광고가 표시될 수 있습니다. 앱 내 구매를 통해 NOWN 프리미엄 또는 광고 제거 상품이 제공될 수 있으며, 상품 내용, 기간, 가격은 앱 안의 실제 구매 화면과 적용 상태를 기준으로 합니다.

구매 복원은 앱이 제공하는 복원 기능과 Google Play 정책에 따라 처리됩니다. 결제 취소, 환불, 청약철회는 Google Play 등 결제 사업자의 정책 및 관련 법령에 따를 수 있습니다.

11. 서비스 변경, 중단 및 종료

NOWN은 서비스 안정성, 운영상 필요, 법령 준수, 보안, 외부 서비스 변경, 장애 대응을 위해 서비스의 일부 또는 전부를 변경, 제한, 중단 또는 종료할 수 있습니다.

12. 면책

NOWN은 이용자 게시물, 댓글, 위치 정보, 공공데이터 등 서비스 내 정보의 정확성, 완전성, 최신성을 보장하지 않습니다. 이용자 간 상호작용, 오프라인 활동, 이용자가 서비스 정보를 근거로 한 판단이나 행위에 대해서는 관련 법령상 허용되는 범위에서 책임이 제한될 수 있습니다.

천재지변, 통신 장애, Firebase 또는 Google 서비스 등 외부 플랫폼 장애, 이용자 귀책 사유 등 NOWN이 통제하기 어려운 사유로 발생한 손해에 대해서도 책임이 제한될 수 있습니다.

13. 약관 변경 고지

NOWN은 관련 법령을 준수하는 범위에서 본 약관을 변경할 수 있으며, 중요한 변경은 앱 내 공지, 웹 페이지 또는 적절한 방법으로 안내합니다.

14. 준거법과 분쟁 해결

본 약관은 대한민국 법령을 따릅니다. 분쟁은 관련 법령이 정한 절차와 관할에 따라 해결합니다.

Please read these Terms before using NOWN. These Terms apply to the NOWN app and related web pages.

1. Purpose and scope of the service

NOWN is a location-based service that helps users share photos, location information, place status, short comments, comments, and replies, and check real-time information about nearby places.

NOWN operates within the actual features provided in the app, including the NOW feed, map, search, posting, comments, replies, reactions, notifications, reports and blocks, MY records, events, Q&A, translation, premium features, advertising, and ad-removal products.

Service features, screens, post exposure criteria, post duration, and notification methods may be adjusted for operational needs, legal compliance, security, or changes to external services.

2. Members and guest use

  • Users may use the service through Google Sign-In, Firebase Authentication-based login, or guest use provided by the app.
  • Some features may be limited depending on login status, permissions, purchase status, and operational policies.
  • Users are responsible for keeping their account and authentication methods secure and must not transfer or misuse them.
  • If a user violates applicable law, these Terms, or operational policies, NOWN may restrict posting, comments, notifications, account access, or other features.

3. User content and responsibility

Users generally retain the rights to photos, posts, comments, replies, place information, location coordinates, short comments, and other content they upload, and are responsible for that content.

Users must not post:

  • Content that infringes another person's portrait rights, copyrights, privacy, reputation, or personal information
  • Private addresses, other people's faces, license plates, contact information, sensitive locations, or similar privacy-sensitive information
  • False information, manipulated locations, or misleading information
  • Abusive, hateful, discriminatory, obscene, violent, or illegal content
  • Advertising, spam, repeated posts, or interference with service operations
  • Abnormal use through automated means

Violating content or behavior may result in hiding, deletion, feature restrictions, or account restrictions.

4. License to operate the service

The copyrights and other rights to user-uploaded content remain with the user.

Users grant NOWN a limited permission to use the content as necessary to provide, operate, display, transmit, show on maps, search, notify, share, retain, improve quality, respond to reports, and handle disputes. This permission is limited to what is necessary for service operation and does not transfer ownership of the content to NOWN.

5. Post expiration, hiding, deletion, and retention

  • NOWN posts have a default active duration and may stop appearing in the general feed or map after a period of time.
  • Post duration or exposure may be adjusted based on operational criteria such as comments, reactions, and views.
  • Expired posts may be available within past NOWN records, MY records, place details, or other features provided by the service.
  • When a post expires, the original image may be deleted while a reduced thumbnail or necessary metadata may be retained.
  • Posts that are reported, blocked, unlawful, policy-violating, or potentially infringing may be hidden, deleted, or restricted without prior notice.

6. Reports, blocks, and account restrictions

Users may report or block inappropriate posts, comments, or users. NOWN may review reports, usage records, and policy violations and may hide or delete posts, restrict features, or restrict accounts.

Detailed results of reports or blocks may not be disclosed for service stability and privacy protection.

7. Location-based features

NOWN provides location-based features such as posting, map display, nearby NOWN discovery, place details, and nearby NOWN smart alerts.

Location information and coordinates are used within the scope of user permissions and selected features. GPS, network, map, or place information may be inaccurate, and users should also check on-site conditions and official guidance.

8. Nearby NOWN smart alerts

Nearby NOWN smart alerts are OFF by default and operate only when the user turns them on.

This feature may notify users about fresh nearby NOWNs or suggest posting at places where no fresh information is available. Location permission may be needed even when the app is not in use or is closed, and Android device-based geofencing and local notifications may be used.

Nearby NOWN smart alerts are not intended to store continuous movement history on the server. Users may turn off the feature or permissions at any time in the app or device settings, and ordinary NOWN features remain available even if the feature is turned off or permission is denied.

9. Accuracy limitations

User posts, comments, place status, public data, maps, and location information may differ from actual on-site conditions. NOWN does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or freshness of user-provided information or external or public data.

10. Advertising, premium, ad removal, purchase restoration, and refunds

The service may display ads through services such as Google AdMob. NOWN premium or ad-removal products may be provided through in-app purchases, and the product details, period, and price are based on the actual purchase screen and entitlement status in the app.

Purchase restoration is handled through the app's restore feature and Google Play policies. Cancellations, refunds, and withdrawal rights may follow the policies of Google Play or other payment providers and applicable law.

11. Service changes, suspension, and termination

NOWN may change, restrict, suspend, or terminate all or part of the service for stability, operational needs, legal compliance, security, external service changes, or incident response.

12. Disclaimer

NOWN does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or freshness of information in the service, including user posts, comments, location information, and public data. To the extent permitted by applicable law, NOWN's responsibility may be limited for interactions between users, offline activities, or decisions and actions based on service information.

NOWN's responsibility may also be limited for damages caused by events outside its reasonable control, including natural disasters, communication failures, Firebase or Google service outages, external platform failures, or user fault.

13. Notice of changes

NOWN may change these Terms in compliance with applicable law. Important changes will be notified through the app, web pages, or other appropriate methods.

14. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes will be resolved according to the procedures and jurisdiction provided by applicable law.

NOWNを利用する前に本規約をご確認ください。本規約は、NOWNアプリおよび関連ウェブページで提供されるサービスに適用されます。

1. サービスの目的と範囲

NOWNは、ユーザーが現在時点の写真、位置情報、場所の状態、短い意見、コメント、返信などを共有し、周辺スポットのリアルタイム情報を確認できるようにする位置情報ベースのサービスです。

NOWNは、NOWフィード、地図、検索、投稿、コメント、返信、リアクション、通知、通報とブロック、MY記録、イベント、Q&A、翻訳、プレミアム、広告および広告削除商品など、アプリで実際に提供される機能の範囲で運営されます。

サービス機能、画面構成、投稿の表示基準、有効期間、通知方法は、運営上の必要、法令、セキュリティ、外部サービスの変更により調整される場合があります。

2. 会員およびゲスト利用

  • ユーザーは、Googleログイン、Firebase Authenticationベースのログイン、またはアプリが提供するゲスト利用方式でサービスを利用できます。
  • 一部の機能は、ログイン状態、権限の許可状況、購入状態、運営ポリシーにより制限される場合があります。
  • ユーザーは自身のアカウントと認証手段を安全に管理し、第三者に譲渡したり不正に使用してはなりません。
  • 関係法令、本規約または運営ポリシーに違反した場合、投稿、コメント、通知、アカウントアクセスなど一部機能の利用が制限されることがあります。

3. ユーザーコンテンツと責任

ユーザーがアップロードした写真、投稿、コメント、返信、場所情報、位置座標、短い意見その他のコンテンツに関する権利と責任は、原則としてユーザーにあります。

ユーザーは以下の情報を投稿してはなりません。

  • 他人の肖像権、著作権、個人情報、名誉、プライバシーを侵害する内容
  • 個人住所、他人の顔、車両番号、連絡先、機微な場所など、プライバシー侵害のおそれがある情報
  • 虚偽情報、改ざんされた位置、誤解を招く情報
  • 暴言、憎悪、差別、わいせつ、暴力、違法行為に関する内容
  • 広告、スパム、反復投稿、サービス運営の妨害
  • 自動化手段による異常な利用

違反コンテンツまたは行為は、非表示、削除、機能制限、アカウント制限の対象となる場合があります。

4. コンテンツ利用許諾

ユーザーがアップロードしたコンテンツの著作権などの権利はユーザーにあります。

ユーザーは、サービスの提供、運営、表示、送信、地図表示、検索、通知、共有、保存、品質改善、通報対応および紛争対応に必要な範囲で、NOWNが当該コンテンツを利用することを許諾します。この許諾はサービス運営に必要な範囲に限定され、コンテンツの権利自体がNOWNへ移転するものではありません。

5. 投稿の期限切れ、非表示、削除および保存

  • NOWN投稿には基本的な有効時間があり、一定時間が経過すると一般フィードや地図で非表示になる場合があります。
  • コメント、リアクション、閲覧数などの運営基準により、投稿の維持時間や表示方式が調整されることがあります。
  • 期限切れの投稿は、過去のNOWN、MY記録、スポット詳細など、サービスが提供する範囲で確認できる場合があります。
  • 有効期間が終了した投稿は、元画像が削除され、縮小サムネイルまたは必要なメタデータのみ保存されることがあります。
  • 通報、ブロック、法令違反、運営ポリシー違反、権利侵害のおそれがある投稿は、事前通知なく非表示、削除、制限されることがあります。

6. 通報、ブロックおよびアカウント制限

ユーザーは不適切な投稿、コメントまたはユーザーを通報またはブロックできます。NOWNは通報内容、利用記録、ポリシー違反の有無を確認し、投稿の非表示、削除、機能制限、アカウント制限などの措置を行うことがあります。

通報またはブロックの処理結果は、サービスの安定性と個人情報保護のため、詳細に開示されない場合があります。

7. 位置情報ベースの機能

NOWNは、投稿作成、地図表示、周辺NOWN確認、スポット詳細、周辺NOWNスマート通知などの位置情報ベースの機能を提供します。

位置情報と座標は、ユーザーの権限許可および機能利用範囲内で使用されます。GPS、ネットワーク、地図または場所情報には誤差がある場合があり、ユーザーは現地状況や公式案内も併せて確認する必要があります。

8. 周辺NOWNスマート通知

周辺NOWNスマート通知は初期設定がOFFであり、ユーザーが自らオンにした場合のみ動作します。

この機能は、周辺の最新NOWNを案内したり、最新情報がない場所でPOST提案を提供する場合があります。アプリを使用していない、または閉じている状態でも位置情報権限が必要になることがあり、Android端末ベースのgeofencingとローカル通知を使用する場合があります。

周辺NOWNスマート通知は、継続的な移動履歴をサーバーに保存するための機能ではありません。ユーザーはアプリ設定または端末設定でいつでも機能と権限を解除でき、機能をオフにしたり権限を拒否しても通常のNOWN機能は利用できます。

9. 情報の正確性の限界

ユーザー投稿、コメント、場所の状態、公共データ、地図および位置情報は、実際の現地状況と異なる場合があります。NOWNは、ユーザー提供情報や外部または公共データの正確性、完全性、最新性を保証しません。

10. 広告、プレミアム、広告削除、購入復元および返金

サービスにはGoogle AdMobなどの広告が表示される場合があります。アプリ内購入によりNOWNプレミアムまたは広告削除商品が提供される場合があり、商品の内容、期間、価格はアプリ内の実際の購入画面と適用状態を基準とします。

購入復元はアプリが提供する復元機能とGoogle Playポリシーに従って処理されます。決済取消、返金、撤回はGoogle Playなど決済事業者のポリシーおよび関連法令に従う場合があります。

11. サービスの変更、中断および終了

NOWNは、サービスの安定性、運営上の必要、法令遵守、セキュリティ、外部サービスの変更、障害対応のため、サービスの一部または全部を変更、制限、中断または終了することがあります。

12. 免責

NOWNは、ユーザー投稿、コメント、位置情報、公共データなどサービス内情報の正確性、完全性、最新性を保証しません。ユーザー間の相互作用、オフライン活動、サービス情報に基づく判断や行為については、適用法令で認められる範囲で責任が制限される場合があります。

天災地変、通信障害、FirebaseまたはGoogleサービスなど外部プラットフォーム障害、ユーザーの責めに帰すべき事由など、NOWNが合理的に制御できない事由により発生した損害についても責任が制限される場合があります。

13. 規約変更の通知

NOWNは、関連法令を遵守する範囲で本規約を変更できます。重要な変更は、アプリ内通知、ウェブページ、または適切な方法で案内します。

14. 準拠法と紛争解決

本規約は大韓民国の法令に従います。紛争は、関連法令が定める手続きと管轄に従って解決します。
